Steps:

 

1. Expression of Interest (EOI) submission
2. EOI Selection and Invitation to Submit an Application
3. Candidates are invited to apply.
4. Business Establishment
5. Apply for Permanent Residence

 

Requirements

1. Personal net worth of at least CAD$300,000 (Vary  for different provinces)
2. Business and/or management experience
3. English or French language skill equal to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5 (4 for BC PNP) or higher
4. Establish an eligible new business or buy and improve an existing business
5. Make an eligible personal investment of at least CAD$100,000 in the business (Vary for different provinces)
6. Create new full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (Vary for different provinces)
